Thursday is for the regulars.

If you have been in every Thursday for a month, we know what you drink. You do not have to perform it.

The off-list bottle changes. Sometimes it is a grower Champagne we bought too much of. Sometimes it is cider.

You can still be new on a Thursday. Just do not expect the loud tables. Those come Friday.
